They used to be the one place I would go for HD parts. When I got my new bike I was planning on going there. I've even had two friends and a family member buy their bikes there. However recently I've went in there for close to an hour when I was looking at a new bike and not a single person came out to help. The offices were dark and the only people working were the parts and accessories staff. This happened 3 times in a two week period. It was not super early or late either it was right around 1 or 2 in the afternoon. It's a bit of a drive but I'm taking my business to Powder Keg.
